The PO of our house was a smoker. We scrubbed the whole house with TSP and painted everything with an oil based primer and it still took years for our bathroom to stop sweating nicotine.

My parents have been in their house over 20 years and it still sweats nicotine in some places . It’s unreal. The entire place is a freaking biohazard.
